FinnHEMS participates in the static display!
FinnHEMS is the national state company responsible for medical helicopter operations. Our most important task is to provide high-quality first aid services in sudden and life-threatening situations. With its medical helicopters, FinnHEMS reaches up to 80 percent of Finns within 30 minutes of the alarm.
Helicopters and crew on duty are 24/7 ready to go at seven bases around the country. The university welfare areas are responsible for the actual first aid.
The aviation fleet of medical helicopter operations consists of five Airbus EC135 and four Airbus H145 helicopters. The H145 helicopter and its crew will participate in the Vaasa Airshow event’s static display. Welcome to get to know the activities and the medical helicopter!
